As Manager of Web Design at TERC,* I contracted with a usability firm to conduct user interviews. This was preparatory to a planned redesign of a new corporate website.

These personas were developed based upon that research.

*TERC is an educational research company developing innovative programs in math and science education. I worked there from 2001 through 2004.
