The publishing team at Bayer HealthCare Diagnostics Division used "BayerTracker" for project management and online collaboration with their worldwide clients. I led a major redesign of BayerTracker while working at Bayer under contract.
The classic grayscale mockups became so useful that they evolved into medium resolution mockups, heavily annotated to describe linkages, functionality and which users would see what features on every page. This ultimately was used as the functional specification and the contract document for the entire project.
