One of my tasks while working on the redesigned
GlobalVision, the intranet of Bayer HealthCare Diagnostic Division was to create multiple variations for a new banner image.
At that time, the Bayer HealthCare intranet site was struggling with multiple sub-instranets with competing architectures. By extending the banner image past the bottom of the head and into the content area (which is most cases was actually an entirely different website,) I created visual continuity was that belied the actual disorder.
The color pallette was predetermined by the Bayer International corporate website style guide.
